Dance Fitness

Dance Fitness uses various types of popular hip-hop music to create an aggressive but rewarding full body workout. All of our Dance Fitness workouts take place in an encouraging and positive environment. Prepare to laugh, sweat, and shake it! With the club-like atmosphere and no-judgement zone, we are here to ensure you have an amazing time while getting in the best shape of your life! 18+ Only.

Twerk Out

Here you will learn the basic to advanced levels of twerking. From posture and feet placement, to just letting loose and letting the music use you. This class also includes Grown & Sexy choreography which consists of hip/body rolling, floor play, and grinding! So grab your shorts and knee pads and come on!

Slow Your Flow Yoga

A free flowing Vinyasa and Yin yoga experience meant to leave you in a relaxing and blissful state, this class focuses on mobility, restoration, and good vibes. Beginner friendly and a perfect way to end your day. 18+ Only.

Club Yoga

Covered in UV body paint, under our studio black lights, get ready to glow in this upbeat, primal flow with twerking and organic dance movements. 18+ Only.

Sweat it out learning chair dance technique and moves. We use these moves to create fun and unique routines! Spend the rest of class learning the choreo and performing with your chair. 

18+ Only.

*NO experience required. 

 

*Recommended footwear: burlesque heels or barefoot

Chair Dance

Learn spicy choreography while using the pole and a chair as your props! In each class you’ll learn a new dance routine that’s sure to leave you feeling confident. 

 

*BRING A WASHCLOTH OR SMALL TOWEL FOR POLE CLEANING - THESE ARE NOT SUPPLIED

 

*Prerequisite: Pole 0

 

*Recommended attire: heels or barefoot, knee pads, biker shorts/ leggings

Booty Camp

BootyCamp is a circuit-style class that uses resistance bands to give you a total body workout! Build muscle, shred fat, and reveal confidence during this 45 min. class. Get ready to sweat, laugh, and groove a lil bit. 18+ Only.

What to bring:

-B.Y.O.B. - Bring Your Own Band

(you can also bring handheld weights)

-Yoga mat

 

We have resistance bands in studio for purchase: $20 set of 3 leg bands; $15 long arm band

Welcome to 8 counts By Raee - a Hip Hop Class where the beat is heavy and energy is high!  You will learn how to “beat catch” and break down an 8 count at different speeds.  Choreography consists of pop locking , krumping, body rolling, Afro dance and much more ! 

So Grab those stylish work out clothes, knee pads, sneakers, and energy and let's dance ! (Don’t forget that H2O,  IT GETS HOT!) 

This integrated stretching class is designed to equip students with tools needed to improve flexibility, range of motion, and overall movement patterns as it relates to pole. Students will participate in a variety of self-stretching and assisted-stretching techniques that intentionally correspond to various pole tricks. 

Prerequisite: Pole 0

Pole Fitness

Pole Level 0

In this FOUR WEEK SESSION, starting from the ground up, by moving with your new dance partner, ‘the pole', you will learn beginner pole, dance, and floor moves. You will also learn how to incorporate these moves, which tighten and tone your body, into your first routine. 18+ Only.

New Groups Start Every Month

Pre-requisite: All fitness levels welcome.

Pole Level 1

Pole Level 2

In this class, you will build upon existing pole fitness knowledge. You will learn beginner/ intermediate pole, dance, and floor moves. 

 

Pre-Requisite: Must have completed Pole Level 0 OR have prior approval from instructor.

 

This class is NOT appropriate for beginners. If you have no pole experience, you will be dropped from the class.​

In this class, you will build upon existing pole fitness knowledge. You will learn intermediate/ advanced pole tricks. 

 

Pre-Requisite: Must have completed Pole Level 0, taken at least 10 Pole Level 1 classes, and be able to invert.

 

This class is NOT appropriate for beginners. If you have no pole experience, you will be dropped from the class.​

Hella Heels

In this class, you will build upon existing pole fitness knowledge. You will learn low flow and exotic dance routines using the pole, dressed in your hottest pole dancing heels (street heels not permitted). 18+ Only.

Recommended shoe brand: Pleasers

Pre-Requisite: Must have completed Pole Level 0 OR have prior approval from instructor. This class is NOT appropriate for beginners. If you have no pole experience, you will be dropped from the class.
