Dance Fitness

Dance Fitness uses various types of popular hip-hop music to create an aggressive but rewarding full body workout. All of our Dance Fitness workouts take place in an encouraging and positive environment. Prepare to laugh, sweat, and shake it! With the club-like atmosphere and no-judgement zone, we are here to ensure you have an amazing time while getting in the best shape of your life! 

TwerkOut

Learn to twerk while building muscle and gaining confidence in this one hour class! You will learn the basics of twerking, various types of twerks, and put your skills to use with choreography set to hip-hop music. This class includes stretching, a leg/ booty warm up, twerk instruction, choreographed dance, and a Twerkle.

 

18+ Only. Kneepads Recommended!

This class is an LTO TwerkOut certified class!

Burlesque Burnout

Burlesque Burnout is an intense workout using burlesque-inspired choreography. This is a sexy and fun dance style that's sure to get you sweaty, confident, and in fierce shape! Heels are encouraged but not required. No experience necessary! Wear something sexy and bring a smile!

BootyCamp

BootyCamp is a circuit-style class that uses resistance bands to give you a total body workout! Build muscle, shred fat, and reveal confidence during this one-hour class. Get ready to sweat, laugh, and groove a lil bit.

 

What to bring:

-B.Y.O.B. - Bring Your Own Band

(you can also bring handheld weights)

-Yoga mat

 

We have resistance bands in studio for purchase: $20 set of 3 leg bands; $15 long arm band

 

*Yoga mats and resistance bands are available in limited quantities to RENT per class for $2 each

Flex Out

In Lisa's 45 minute class you'll gain flexibility and learn stretching techniques that will benefit you in any of our classes! Stretching will focus primarily on hip flexors, splits, and back flexibility. Classes will end with a few Pilates-based exercises to strengthen our active flexibility and range.

 

NO previous experience or flexibility is required! It doesn't matter if you've always wanted to become more flexible but don't know where to start or if you've been dancing for years - ALL are welcome!

 

*Bring a yoga mat and a pair of socks

Pole Fitness

Pole Level 0

In this FOUR WEEK SESSION, starting from the ground up, by moving with your new dance partner, ‘the pole', you will learn beginner pole, dance, and floor moves. You will also learn how to incorporate these moves, which tighten and tone your body, into your first routine.

New Groups Start Every Month

Pre-requisite: All fitness levels welcome.

Pole Level 1

In this class, you will build upon existing pole fitness knowledge. You will learn beginner/ intermediate pole, dance, and floor moves. 

 

Pre-Requisite: Must have completed Pole Level 0 OR have prior approval from instructor.

 

This class is NOT appropriate for beginners. If you have no pole experience, you will be dropped from the class.

Pole Level 2

In this class, you will build upon existing pole fitness knowledge. You will learn intermediate/ advanced pole tricks. 

 

Pre-Requisite: Must have completed Pole Level 0, taken at least 10 Pole Level 1 classes, and be able to invert.

 

This class is NOT appropriate for beginners. If you have no pole experience, you will be dropped from the class.

Hella Heels

In this class, you will build upon existing pole fitness knowledge. You will learn low flow and exotic dance routines using the pole, dressed in your hottest pole dancing heels (street heels not permitted). Recommended shoe brand: Pleasers

 

Pre-Requisite: Must have completed Pole Level 0 OR have prior approval from instructor. This class is NOT appropriate for beginners. If you have no pole experience, you will be dropped from the class.

Burlesque + Pole

Burlesque Pole is a spin on our traditional Burlesque classes where we will use the pole as a prop in our routine! We still have the feel of sexy, classic pinup girl moves with more modern hip hop elements, just adding in some basic pole movements. Get ready to sweat!

 

*NO pole experience required. You do not have to be a pole student to attend this class.

 

*Recommended footwear: burlesque heels or barefoot
