Frequently Asked Questions

  • How Do I Register For Classes?
    We use Punchpass for our class registration. Purchase a pass there, and then you can reserve your spot in the class of your choice!
  • Do I have to Pre Pay to Reserve My Spot in Class?
    For any non-pole fitness class, you may drop in with $9 . We will help you create an account & get you ready to party! For pole classes, you must pay ahead of time to reserve your spot in class. If you need to cancel a reservation, see the question below.
  • What is Your Cancellation Policy?
    ​Reservations may be cancelled up to 6 hours before class time. If you cancel your reservation within that timeframe, your pass will not be used. If you do not cancel and do not show up OR late cancel, your pass will be marked as 'used.' To cancel a reservation, log in to your PunchPass account and follow the instructions. After 5 "no show" marks, you will have to contact the studio to reserve future classes.
  • Where are You Located?
    1957 Fort Avenue, Lynchburg, VA 24501 Between Reginald Yancey Attorney at Law and Slayton's Automotive. (Please do not park in their parking lots!)
  • What is Your Parking Like?
    There is a gravel lot behind our building, facing Park Avenue. Please pack it full! You may park anywhere on our property, but please do not park in the neighboring garage and law office parking lots. Overflow parking may park in the lower part of the Family Dollar. ​
  • What Should I Bring to Class?
    Water, a towel, and a great attitude! EXTRAS: -Dance Fitness: Yoga mat and resistance band rental available on a limited basis for $2 each per class (first come first serve). You may also bring your own, but these are not mandatory! -BootyCamp: You do need a long arm band and a leg band for this class: bring your own or you can rent them for $2 on a first come first serve basis. -Yoga: Bring your own yoga mat, or rent one for $2 on a first come first serve basis -TwerkOut, Floor Flow: knee pads are highly recommended. You may purchase them on Amazon for around $15. -Hella Heels: you must have pole heels; we recommend the brand Pleasers. Street shoes are not permitted. If you have questions, please email us or talk to one of the instructors.
  • What is Your Childcare Policy?
    We offer FREE childcare 5:00-7:30 Monday-Thursday! Make sure to sign up on Punch Pass for child care to reserve your spot! If you'd like childcare added for difference days or times, please email us with the request and we will consider adding more times as the need increases.
  • Do You Offer Gift Cards?
    VIBE offers gift certificates in-studio or via email!!!! Just stop by the studio before or after any class to purchase a hard copy gift certificate! The front desk is staffed Monday-Thursday from 2:00 - 8:00pm! OR email us at and we will send over an invoice and a virtual gift card!
  • Can I Request a Refund?
    Memberships, once they are charged, may not be refunded. If you cancel the membership, it will run through the original end date and then will not be charged for the next month. Any pass refund requests must be made within 30 days of pass purchase. There are no refunds for reservations made or cancelled within 6 hours of class time. If you do not cancel and NoShow OR late cancel, your pass will be marked as 'used.' To cancel a reservation, log in to your PunchPass account and follow the instructions.
  • How can I cancel my current membership?
    ONLINE MEMBERS: You are able to cancel your membership by logging into your account on PunchPass and following the prompts to cancel your membership. PINK, GOLD, & ALL ACCESS MEMBERS: You may email the studio at or stop by during normal business hours of 2:00pm-8:00pm Monday-Thursday to cancel your membership. Cancellation requests must be received BEFORE your renewal date. There are no refunds on processed membership charges.
